After working in the Antique trade restoring lighting, I came to Herongate Club 17 years ago as a favour to cover for someone one Saturday morning and have stayed ever since. I love the interaction with members and staff, outside of work I love gardening and spending time with my two granddaughters.

Herongate Club is a community focused charity in Hungerford, Overseen by a board of volunteer trustees, with no shareholders allowing any and all profits to be reinvested back into the club and community.

Hi,I'm Angela. A member for 17 years and a trustee for just over 1 year and now chair of trustees. I'm delighted that I am able to not only enjoy the clubs' facilities myself, but to also help to support, nurture and develop Herongate's future as a charitable organisation. My background is Sales, Marketing and HR with a number of blue-chip companies. Feel free to come and chat with me about this special place...I'm here often !! Angela

Hi, I'm Spike I've lived in and around Hungerford for 30 years, but my accent is from the north east. I'm a freelance project manager, with over 25 years experience of delivering change to a wide variety of clients. When I'm not working I'll be running, trekking, climbing mountains or travelling. I'm passionate about customer experience and would love to get as much feedback as possible from you. Please feel free to chat with me whenever you see me.

I am a Software Architect who has worked for a Hungerford based company for the last 30 years. I enjoy walking, running and cycling and I’m keen to help the community around the Hungerford area as much as possible through sport and exercise.

Hi, I'm Jonny, currently working as a Business Analyst for BMW Financial Services and no I can't get you a good deal on a BMW or a Mini. A member of Herongate Fitness and Wellbeing - albeit not a very active one but now the bar has opened that will change. Mad Crystal Palace supporter and absolutely love my horse racing. On the board of trustees to hopefully add value to the role of the trustees and to try and ensure, where possible, that Herongate Fitness and Wellbeing's activities and facilities are on a continuous cycle of improvement.

Hi, I'm Siena. I moved to the area in 2021 and have been a member at Herongate since then, watching the transition to charitable status. My working life is in Health and Wellness PR/social media, so as the newest Trustee I'm hoping to help get more people involved, feeling good and helping others through this little gem of a place! When I'm not at work, or in the pool, I'm exploring or reading. Feel free to chat to me if you see me.
