At the heart of this vision is a trainer with over 20 years of personal training experience.
Luke Summerfield is passionate about body mechanics and the science of movement. He thrives on the technical side of weight training and brings a background in competitive racket sports, martial arts, bodybuilding and powerlifting. Over the years, he has guided hundreds of clients to success, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes.
Beyond personal training, Luke is also a highly respected soft tissue therapist, trusted by everyone from World’s Strongest Man competitors to older clients seeking injury rehab, recovery, or general remedial work. His blend of
expertise, dedication, and genuine care makes Summerfield Training a place where every client can thrive.

Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist.
From playing football at national level to hosting her own fitness classes at just 15, Jovita has always enjoyed being fit and healthy.
With a background in competitive street dance she brings energy and expertise to the Summerfield Training team.
Fully qualified in personal training and sports massage, Jovita helps clients of all levels, from complete beginners to those managing injuries or chasing performance goals.
