Ben has developed an immense set of skills and broad knowledge base whilst working in the fitness industry.
He has had a lifelong passion for fitness including a 12 year career in competitive martial arts, culminating as National Karate Champion. This has led to a vast knowledge “of training principles and an adept” understanding of body mechanics.

Connor has been in the Fitness Industry for ten years and his love for it is still as strong as day one!
After completing a National Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, he went on to qualify and serve five years as a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army Reserve where he found an immense passion for his work. Whilst serving as a PTI, Connor Completed a Foundation Degree in Sport Science, specifically sports coaching.
He has been lucky enough to work with some great people, gaining some immensely valuable experience in general health and fitness, sport specific training, rehabilitation and job specific conditioning.
His experience has lead him to develop his skills in body weight training, mobility, flexibility and wellbeing, gaining various CPD along the way. Connor prides himself on his approachability, professionalism and coaching detail. He would relish the opportunity to progress you.
